We can...
At first it was just an idea: a club that collects things and brings them to where they are needed: toys for needy children, sleeping bags for the homeless, and so on. And something is often needed in care, right? But what needs to be taken into account legally?
“Collecting donations in kind and money and distributing them where they are needed to improve living conditions” is unfortunately not on the list of officially recognized non-profit organizations.
But after careful consideration, a lot of association legal research and long, constructive discussions, a draft statute was created in February 2020 with which we can achieve our goals.

Goals that we want to achieve
Well-meaning...
We want to help people who have chronic or life-shortening illnesses, or who find themselves in a difficult life situation due to other circumstances.
We want to start particularly where basic medical care ends in order to make life worth living. Because you can often conjure up a small piece of health with a smile.
We are not focused on a specific institution or group of people. Children's intensive care, children's/nursing homes, violence-preventing child and youth work, homeless assistance, as well as private individuals who need support can contact us.
Together we will create a concept to make what is important to you possible.

The association usually implements the projects through donations in kind and money.
We may need things that you might not have thought would be needed anywhere. We would therefore be pleased if you contacted us about donations in kind. With prior arrangement, we can ensure that your donation reaches where it is needed.
Monetary donations are also important for our project work. Through monetary donations, we can, among other things, finance therapeutic projects that are not or not fully covered by official funding bodies. These include, for example, animal-assisted therapies, music therapy offers, or an excursion for nursing home children.

We are in...
With a supporting membership you support our association both morally and financially. You determine the amount of your contribution yourself on the membership application. There is currently only a minimum contribution of €12 per year. Further information and the necessary documents can be found on the “Membership” page.

If you would like to become an active member or would like to actively support a specific project without membership, please feel free to contact us personally.
The contribution for active members is currently at least €12 per year. Work assignments are voluntary and are not paid.
